A: We are able to work around your schedule!

Q: How does ETM Interiors work?

A: We offer a personalized approach that ensures everything fits perfectly with your existing furnishings and space. The first step in our process is booking a complimentary, 15-minute informational call with one of our designers. The purpose of this call is to discuss your project as well as make sure that we are the right fit for you.

Q: How can you offer free design services?

A: We offer a complimentary 15 minute informational call with all of our clients.

Q: What happens on my first appointment?

A: We’d like for everyone to be present for our first meeting so that we can all be on the same page from the beginning. At your first appointment, I will ask you a lot of questions to determine your priorities. What is working and what is not working? What is your budget? What is the timeline of your project? If we decide to move forward with your project, we will collect a service fee at the end of the appointment.

Q: How do I determine a budget for my project?

A: You will determine the budget for your project. It all depends on how much you want to invest and the size of the project.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum project size?

A: Nope! We are able to work with any project size.

Q: Do you make a 3D floor plan?

A: Yes! We start our design presentation with a 3D image of your custom design. We then discuss how all the elements of the design were chosen to create the look and feel you asked for. If you absolutely love it, we then order the furnishings that make up your new design. If there is something you want changed, we’ll gladly revisit the design – we want you to fall in love with your new space.

Q: Do you place orders with suppliers?

A: We take care of placing your order with suppliers, tracking shipments, and inspecting the quality of items as they arrive. Orders can take up to 3-6 months to arrive. We make sure to send you weekly updates with the status of your order so you know how it is coming along.

Q: Will you work with my existing pieces/furnishings that are in the room?

A: As interior decorators, we will gladly work with your existing pieces and furnishings that are in your room. With our large variety of suppliers, we are able to bring high quality furnishings into your home to make your ideal space come to life.

Q: Do you shop with me in other stores?

A: No, we have our own suppliers, which provide some of the best prices and highest quality products on the market.

Q: What’s the timeframe to get everything in?

A: The timeframe of your project depends on delivery dates and the type of pieces and/or furnishings you want.

Q: Can I get a plan and shop retail?

A: No. We provide a full service from the floor plan to the purchasing of products to the installation of furnishings in your home.
